Dr Hasenauer is the best GP I've ever visited! His diagnosis over an approx 15 yr period has been 100% correct! His bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced! I cannot recommend him enough!
The front office has needed an attitude adjustment the past several times I've gone and it seems as though that adjustment has finally happened. I had an appointment on Monday and they couldn't have been nicer. Very please with the improvement in customer service.
I would never refer any of my family or friends to Dr. Hasenauer. He is arrogant and snide and does not listen as a good doctor should. Out of five family members seeing him, not one wanted to stay and all have moved on to other doctors who turned out to be far more skilled at providing effective healthcare.
I was very satisfied with my visit. They were qualified and knowledgeable. . They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always considerate and professional. I was happy they were able to answer my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.
Was this family doctor friendly? Yes
This man's ego is beyond belief. He's far more concerned with maintaining his tan and which gold chain to wear with his latest hawaiian print shirt to be of any help to someone who might need medical attention. Worst case of little man syndrome I've ever encountered. He has misdiagnosed or failed to diagnose serious health issues on numerous occasions, he is dismissive, arrogant and has an ego that one needs special shoes to scale. An absolute joke.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
