Kevin has been our realtor for 15 years and we have bought and sold multiple houses with him. He always goes above and beyond and really cares about making sure our needs are being met by the process. For our most recent experience, we moved out of state, which proved to be a particularly challenging time, but Kevin made it all possible. Kevin spends as much time with you as you need to figure out the right choice for you, provides thoughtful input on the properties and market conditions, and gets out in front of potential challenges during negotiations. He also understands budget targets and doesn't push you beyond where you're comfortable with.
