Kevin goes the extra mile and is always available. He sold our house in less than a week over asking. He knows the area better than anyone.
Kevin did a great job selling our house. He explained everything and followed through on all he said. His communication with us was excellent through the whole process. He made the process very easy for us. I would Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Our home buying experience was great. Kevin listened to what our wants were, and made sure we were given every possible home to look at so we could make a sound decision on our purchase. Kevin is a great agent and we're lucky to be represented by him and his office staff!
I wouldn't trust this guy to run a dairy queen. He is delusional in the sense he cannot strategically value homes or work with mortgage brokers.
Kevin was fantastic at helping us find a great house and then, more importantly, navigate through the purchase/closing process. We ran into some bumps with the sellers and Kevin kept everything on track and got us to closing on the day we wanted to close. I really appreciated the time he spent with us and also his encouragement through the rough spots and ultimately keeping things on track. You won't regret working with Kevin. He was nothing short of amazing!
