I am 70 years old. I have not previously experienced such arrogance & dismissal from any person, let alone a physician in my life. Dr Bachman did not want to hear what I had to say, interrupted me when I spoke, took Xrays ($$$??), & did not show them to me or explain them, then left the room without saying whether he was done with me. So I left. I would not recommend him at all.
Dr. Bachman and his staff are fantastic! I had previously dreaded the complete removal of a big toenail due to an ingrown issue, but his reassuring words and years of experience settled my nerves and got me through the procedure. Thanks, Doc for the encouragement and caring attitude.
Terrible visit. They took extensive X-Rays of my feet. Afterward I went into an exam room where eventually the Dr. came in. Did not even look at my feet, nor my prescription custom orthotics which I brought. Instead he said they were no good and should be wearing his softer orthotics. He then placed them in my shoes and left. Just go to the front desk and pay your bill. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT waste your time and money at this practice. Terrible people skills and even worse medical practice.
Visits were fine. Very little wait time. Was seen by Dr. Bachman quickly after being placed in room. However, very little change in foot after Lapiplasty surgery and 2nd toe joint removal.
My experience with Summit Podiatry was a great one. Everyone is so nice and treats you like family. Dr Bachman is one the best. He is friendly, caring and treats you like a person instead of a number. I would recommend them to anyone. He is very prompt on his appointments. Thank you, Ethylene J. Lanier
Dr Bachman provides exemplary care. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed of every aspect of the care you are receiving. you feel comfortable expressing your concerns and most of all that he has listened to you. He very thorough, patient, kind, compassionate and very professional!! We have referred other friends and family to him. His staff are always courteous, professional, and follow up concerning appointments, referrals and Any additional services recommended! We love this Dr and his staff!!!
Very concerned about my situation, Very knowledgeable and kind
Dr bachman took care of my ingrown toenail with very little pain and with compassion and concern. He listened to my fear of needles and distracted me so I would not be afraid when he was about to begin the procedure. Very understanding and great follow up.
Dr. Bachman proved himself exemplary in the care of my mom through her foot pre-op, surgery and post surgery care. In other words , I trusted him to take good care of Mom. We are now planning a trip to Ireland ???? Based on his success. Dr. Bachman , thank you for giving back my Mom Her sense of adventure she had lost with her foot issues.
