Dr Palmer is one of the best doctors in Portland. He helped me with a cyst on my foot that was extremely painful. He is knowledgeable and professional.
Misdiagnosed my problem, resulting in unnecessary surgery and aggravated complications down the road. Poor diagnostic skills. Poor judgment.
If you want bells & whistles - don't see Dr. Palmer. But if you're looking for someone who really knows what he's doing & has your best interest at heart, he's a MUST! He takes a little more conservative approach, which I appreciate! I don't want surgery as my first option, & neither does he. He's really great! So glad someone recommended him to me!
