Very poor customer service. I went in person to schedule an appointment because the phones have been down for a while. Understandable. There were 5 employees in the front office, and no patients waiting. I still had trouble trying to make an appointment. I have PPO insurance and the questions that I was asked and the tone and disposition of the 2 employees I interacted with made it seem like they did not want me to make an appointment. Dr. Dholaria is a phenomenal GI doctor who is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He’s authentic and incredibly generous. He actually calls you back! He’s a no bullshit shit doctor!

Went to Dr Dholaria today on 5/21/24. I hate going to the Dr but Dr Dholaria was extremely kind, caring & patient with great bedside manners. Couldn’t ask for more from a Doctor. Kudos to all the staff too as from the moment that I arrived, everyone was kind and respectful. Thanks so much when visiting a Doctor to make it a more comfortable experience. Thumbs up to this Dr & staff!!
