:) Original Review: I did not buy a home with Mr. Decoria, but that was not for his lack of trying (or mine), rather the real estate market is overpriced. I did not buy at all. When eventually I do buy, I will certainly be working with Kevin. Anytime I had a question or listing I wanted to see, day or night, Kevin was available. He provided honest opinions on pricing and home conditions where other realtors I met would say little or skirt my questions in order to stay neutral. Kevin has gone out of his way to help us by a home. He has contacted Realtors, researched county records, and knocked on neighbors doors all in his efforts to answer questions about a property. I would high recommend Kevin to help buy or sell your next home.

I found myself as the executor of my mother's estate and living over 300 miles away. When the time came to sell her home, Kevin stepped in and made the process quite simple. We were able to conduct nearly all business electronically, which meant I only had to travel for the actual closing on the house. Kevin maintained great communications and made sure that I was kept informed of everything. He offered sound advice and it was a pleasure to work with him.
