Nice and caring at first.. then it seemed like they stopped caring. They won't see you or do a tellehealth unless you pay first. Or make another appointment unless you have a bill ($50) in my case. The lady who does the appointments is rude and argumentative. Won't be returning.
Hands down!! THE BEST doctor I have ever had. I found Dr. Cromer when I was suffering the loss of my grandmother. I live with severe depression and anxiety and anyone who can relate to that feeling will know it's by far the worst and lonely feeling. I went to Dr. Cromer because I did not feel my family physician understood me. He just kept throwing medication at me, over medicating me for years but never "helped" me.
