My appointment was fine! I was telling Pat though that the appointment confirmation system is quite annoying. I received an email, which I responded to. Then a text message, which I responded to. Then a voice mail which I did not respond to because it was Saturday and then another reminder text this morning. I just think that is a little much. Once I confirm my appointment by one of the methods, I would think that would be enough. Thanks! Kaye Brittin

Thank you for your feedback Kaye. In the future if you would rather not receive text or email reminders you may "opt out" and you won't get them. We have two seperate reminder systems so you can still receive the call the day before if you would prefer to have no electronic communication.
I always have a good experience at Dr Floyds office. Pat is wonderful.
No one loves going to the DDS; but with Curt and Kevin, there's no need for the jitters. They both make any procedure as comfortable as possible. And their staff is beyond great! I recommend them to anyone!
Pat and Dr. Kevin were great! They did a thorough job of reading x-rays and depth readings and suggested i go to see Dr. Davis.
I was in and out of the office in 25 minutes to fix a chipped tooth and Dr. FLoyd did an excellent job.
The service was prompt, friendly and thorough. I have confidence in the quality of dental care provided by Doctors Floyd
