I have always felt welcome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in using their high-tech equipment.

The best cleaning experience to date. Dr. Floyd and his staff is the best. For years I experiencd agonizing pain upon visiting the dentist - not the case with Dr. Floyd. He and his staff are simply the best. Friendly, prompt, and courteous.
Dr. Floyd is always prompt whenever you have an appointment with him. He and his assistants are extremely conscientous when it comes to their work. The materials he uses are obviously superior to other dentists, because work he does can last you for decades without having to redo the work. The office is immaculate. The entire staff is always very warm and friendly. I have been a patient since sometime probably in the late 70's and I have never had anything but a superior experience with Dr. Floyd and his staff.
Great as usual! Friendly atmosphere with professional service. Going to the dentist is not typically anyone's favorite activity but I know that I have always gotten excellent care with attention to my comfort zone. Thanks!

Cannot say enough good my experience and emergent visit today. Painless dentist; very kind, gentle and communicating the entire time to make sure I was comfortable during the difficult multiple lidocaine shots and drilling necessary for an emergent root canal due to dying nerve acutely causing an excruciating tooth ache. Called office early in AM and was promptly seen. Pain was a 20 on a scale of 1-10.
