Dr Braat was thorough and professional. He explained things clearly
Dr,Braat is an outstanding, caring Physician..However his Riverhead office staff, is indifferent, borderline incompetent
First meeting he seemed like he was flustered and rushed. Didn't seem like he was listening to my symptoms and upon second visit he spent a lot of time on his computer. Said that he was going to follow up with me via phone call to see how I did with some medicine and he never followed up.
I went to Dr. Braat upon referral from my primary doctor. I was looking for a second opinion on an persistent issue with my left ear. I was not satisfied with the treatment from my previous ENT. Dr. Braat was very personable and immediately took a culture of an infection which was found to be a staff infection. He has prescribed a course of antibiotics and the infection seems to be subsiding. I have regained some of the hearing in that ear. I will be doing a follow up visit in another week.
