Very, very unimpressed. The women at the front desk obviously dislike their jobs. Seeing Jaffee himself? Was there for an exam, due to a curious urinalysis reading at my internist's office. Two minutes of talk. Indifferent. Had to Ask for an exam, which I know takes at least 10 minutes. Hesitation on his part ('I don't know if we have time.'), then not more than one minute exam after a quick swab by tech. Dr Art cared for me 2 years ago when I was hospitalized with kidney stones and sepsis and then also cared for me following my discharge. Not only is he skilled medically, but his bedside manner is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Art
Excellent Surgeon! Very professional!
Dr. Jaffee rushed through both times I saw him. I felt like I was on an assembly line. His assistant or nurse was rough me in sensitive areas. Doctor made a quick decision that I needed a ' bulking' and told me that a surgery scheduler would call me. He never explained what the procedure entailed. The lady that checked me out handed me a brochure for the procedure. I made the appointment but changed my mind because of the way I was handled. My father was in Scottsdale SheaHonor Hospital with urinary tract and clotted catheter issues. Dr. Art was able to find a comfortable solution for my elderly father. He was greatat communicating with us. As his own father was in hospital at same time a few doors down from my father, he understood the human side of dealing with elderly prostrate issues and how best to deal with them. He made the diagnosis and treatment clear to us. He was patient with our questions.
Kiana at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was on hold for a total of 55 minutes. After Kiana picked up she was giving me false information in regards to the patient and was arguing with me after I asked if there was someone else I can talk to and she put me on hold for another 20 minutes and ended the call.

Dr Borhan. 10 our of 10. Treated me for Prostate Cancer and lived up to the promises made during my first visit. Caring, compassionate, and clear as to expectations. 4 years later I know my decision to use him was the correct one. Dr. Borhan exceeded my expectations.
