I have been on trt for 12 years i moved to centeral ky in 2021 I was referred to central ky urology in Georgetown ky under a lady who truly helped me get my cycle back on track. After a year or so this urologist transferred or quit but Mr Art took over at her location I showed up to my next appointment and was told the urologist wasn’t seeing new patients. Dr Art cared for me 2 years ago when I was hospitalized with kidney stones and sepsis and then also cared for me following my discharge. Not only is he skilled medically, but his bedside manner is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Art
Excellent Surgeon! Very professional!
My father was in Scottsdale SheaHonor Hospital with urinary tract and clotted catheter issues. Dr. Art was able to find a comfortable solution for my elderly father. He was greatat communicating with us. As his own father was in hospital at same time a few doors down from my father, he understood the human side of dealing with elderly prostrate issues and how best to deal with them. He made the diagnosis and treatment clear to us. He was patient with our questions.
More than any other quality, Dr. Art listened to my 25 year ups and downs with a 1998 diagnosis of Prostate cancer. A quality not found in many doctors today. He was also very comforting and reassuring about what needed to be done.
Dr Art has treated me for a number of years with BPH. He is informative and caring and listens to you and your concerns. I would recommend him highly.
Had appt to see the Dr as a new patient. Never did because staff was rude, arrogant and could care less about the patients. Since staff is a reflection of the people they work for, there was no way. 1 example was with them wanting me to sign saying that I had received the privacy form and had no questions. I hadn't received it. Most don't and could care less, but I have actually seen things written in them that could cause major problems, so I wouldn't sign without seeing it. My 67 year old prostate is roughly 3x too large and presented serious problems with urination. I decided to go with the laser to solve the problem. I can say that everything works as it should if not better. To put it in terms men understand, I can make the water in the toilet foam again.
Dr. Kevin Art is an outstanding Doctor and I highly recommend him. My husband needed to see a good doctor and I am thankful I found him. He listens and explains everything and is a genuine kind person. The office staff are so kind and helpful.
