Dr. Ghassemi was one of the most amazing doctors I have experienced in a while! Prior to this visit I went to a few top doctors feeling unheard, scared, and confused. In my opinion a huge part of healthcare should incliude clarity, a hands on plan for healing, secrurity, time spent answering questions, etc. He sat down with me and answered every single one of my questions. This review is about the office staff. I never met the doctor personally. About two months ago, I called his office to make an appt for me disabled sister for the first time. I aske the receptionist to make sure if they accept her insurance; she assured me that once the person in charge of scheduling calls me back, she would double check. The appt was made for Monday Dec 8th. On Friday late afternoon right before the weekend, they left a message that my sister’s appt is canceled due to her insurance. Dr. Ghassemi is simply the best and always there for his patients ! I live in Nevada and can’t even get a local GI office to answer the phone or return a call to schedule an appointment . Dr Ghassemi is always so helpful and answers my questions and concerns promptly . I am more than happy to drive 5 hours for his expertise, and I will only allow him to perform and GI procedures on me. Thank you so much for all your help !
