I lived at the Blue Ridge Village Senior Apartments on Melrose Ave in Roanoke for over two years when I decided I needed a change. I cleaned my apartment then moved out. Two weeks later I received an email stating I would be receiving my security deposit. Months go by and no check. I called the BBB with no help. I contacted the local news with no help. You move out. You clean your apartment. You get an email stating you will receive your security deposit. Months go by and still no check. Phone calls never returned. Threats. BBB notified and nothing. Finally after five months, you receive that check only to have it fucking bounce!!!! More calls only to get the same response. "We will contact accounting". How do you possibly get a return phone call? Numerous messages and nothing; I just really don't understand how you conduct business this way.
