My wife and daughter blew a tire Thursday and had to be rescued from the side of the expressway! Everyone was amazing, from the tow truck driver, the customer service folks and the service guys! They seemed very professional and were very quick at the recovery and getting them on the way with a new tire.

Traveling from Grand Haven to Brighton on Monday and had low tire pressure warning...1st gas station air broke, 2nd gas station was already in use and the 3rd gas station cost $1.50 (I didn't have 6 quarters on me). 13 month old grandson and his dog in the backseat, both getting a bit restless..This Gigi was beginning to panic until I remembered seeing Keusch near the 1st gas station. EXTREMELY grateful for the wonderful mechanic that put air in my tire and offered to check all of them! Highly recommend this business to ever... read more
