Traveling back from vacation on a Friday afternoon, our serpentine belt started shredding while we were on the freeway. We called Keusch Super Service in hopes that they could get us in and fix it before they closed. It was close to 4pm and they close at 6pm. They told us to bring it in and they would see what they could do. They always help us out when needed with not only our cars, our daughters and my dads. From oil changes, to towing, new & used tires, fixing up my dad's muffler, brakes, tupe ups; you name it, they always work on it and never say a word no matter how old the car is. Thanks for always fitting us in.

We were loading up the van for an important appointment for our daughter in Canada when I found oil all over driveway and engine block. It was 2 pm and we had to be near Toronto by the next morning. We were on our way to Ludington from Lansing and had to stop in Portland. Had to wait to get an alternator from Lansing but they had us back on the road in about an hour!!! We have 3 small children and everyone was super accommodating. We can’t thank you enough for your amazing service!
