I love my hair so much I got a ponytail and it is now my favorite Braids I’ve ever had and the person who did it was very nice and he did not even take that much time

They tell you they will make you an appt and don't know you when you come in, also they tell you they can do every style just to get the money and they don't know how to do it. It's okay to say I can not do that style then to make your customer upset and embarrassed about their hair. I know it should never take 4 1/2 hours to do crochet hair and it does NOT require glue!! I am an honest person so I paid but I deserve my money back! Sadly they don't know I am a Lawyer's daughter.

Again another disappointment. I’ve been coming to Fatou’s shop for years. I went just last week to get my hair braided for my birthday, I specifically asked would Fatou be able to braid my hair? She stated she could. I get to my appointment there’s Three other appointments and of course I ended up waiting an hour and 20 minutes, only for the lady to come in with a very rude, very unpleasant disposition.
