Kettlefit is a great place to get fit. Not the usual workout routine. You should really try the loop workout with Kettle bells.
Kettle Fit employs all of your body’s muscles - it keeps you together. It’s an excellent exercise regime. The staff are cool in a good way. It’s a mix of interested sporty types and is a local Mom & Pop gym.
Scotty and the team at KettleFit Windsor run awesome sessions with a great atmosphere and what a way to exercise with some great mates and a quality 'mega mix'

Iv'e tried a few group training classes in the past including F45 and body fit training. Kettle Fit is BY FAR the clear front runner as it genuinely provides support for all fitness levels. The trainers have made me feel so comfortable and have helped me enjoy exercise. Even during my off days and the extra challenging classes, they take my verbal abuse with such style and sophistication. Thanks you so much for putting up with me and creating such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Am keen to suss out the membership options.... read more
