Stacey was awesome !! My mom and I came in to purchase some dining room chairs and Stacey did whatever she could to accommodate us. She was very informative and knows her furniture!! We ended up taking one chair home to see if it would work and then ended up purchasing 3 more. I would highly recommend Kettle River furniture to anyone and kudos to Stacey for a job well done !!

Kettle River has a very nice selection of quality furniture and I was able to grab a great deal. Pat, the rep who helped me, was friendly and helpful - explaining all of the details. Purchased a table from Sue a month ago was very happy with the purchase. Got a great deal and the table was delivered before the promise date. Went back on Sunday 2/17 to purchase a couch and love seat. Sue wasn’t there so we had to deal with another salesperson. Not so satisfied this time. The pieces were marked up $100 I gave an “out the door” offer, which they excepted only to add tax. When I called them on it I was told I didn’t say out the door. Kettle River came highly recommended by my brother-in-law so when my husband and I were looking for a new coffee table, we decided to have a look ourselves. Even though their selection was broad and their staff searched catalogs and on-line for a match we had difficulty finding the smaller size we needed in the finish we preferred.
