RecommendedWe just received our custom made dining set by Canadel! Absolutely love it! It’s such a statement piece! We first visited Steven J. last year to shop around and figure out what we wanted. Our boys are older so we decided to purchase a nicer set but still didn’t commit until early this year. Cannot say enough about our entire experience at Kettle River and with Steven J! Purchased this piece and when I went to pick it up they had it all wrapped up so I could not look it over. It is unacceptable and now they expect me to bring it back because if they come get it they are going to charge a delivery fee. If your people who work in the warehouse can’t see this you should hire better people. Salesman was super manager not so nice. Bought furniture in the past with good service I guess I’m done there.

In August we spent $5000 on a living Room outfit 2 weeks later a piece broke on our love seat, not only was we not issue a refund but we are still waiting for the piece to be shipped so it could be changed out. Don't trust them and will never buy another piece from them.

We have been working with Stacy and she has been awesome. We ordered furniture quite sometime ago but due to covid it has been delayed. Stacy has kept us informed of everything concerning our furniture. We decided to buy a new kitchen table and chairs so we again went to Stacy to get that. We received it a few days later and love it.
