Roger is extremely professional and thorough. He made sure that our new home was in the best condition for us. He has great communication and is extremely patient. He worked with our timeline and was accommodating when dates kept changing. Highly recommend for home inspections!
Mr. Ketterman is straight to the point and he is very personable he educates home owners on what steps to do to not spend a ton of money. I hired him to see if I had mold and the moisture in the air and he gave me advice on what to buy and do. He has saved me a shiny penny. 100% recommend 10/10 service.
