Roger Ketterman is the way to go for home inspections. He is a down to earth guy very nice and very thorough. Took tons of pictures let me know every detail of what needs to be fixed and honest! Rodger was great- this is our first home purchase and we had him come out for our buyers home inspection. He was thorough, talked us through everything and went above and beyond on the inspection! Highly recommend him, he really helped give us peace of mind on this big purchase! We also received the report same day!!!
As a first time home buyer, using Ketterman and Associates amazing experience. Roger was able to squeeze us in on short notice. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took me through the entire inspection, explained how various pieces of equipment worked, when they should receive maintenance, and be replaced. We will definitely be calling again for our 11 month inspection.
Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ketterman. He was very friendly, patient, and took his time to walk us through everything. He gave me an honest and thorough inspection. His report was very detailed with photos and even gave me great recommendations. He has excellent communication and a smooth interaction. Made me feel very comfortable, while in the process of the purchase of my FIRST home!!!
