⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience.. Mr. Roger was very professional, responded quickly and arrived right on time. The inspection was extremely thorough, and I received a detailed report with photos the very same day. Rodger was great- this is our first home purchase and we had him come out for our buyers home inspection. He was thorough, talked us through everything and went above and beyond on the inspection! Highly recommend him, he really helped give us peace of mind on this big purchase! We also received the report same day!!!
I called Mr Ketterman and asked about mold inspections, he answered right away. He got out to us quickly and addressed our issues. He throughly communicated some mitigation techniques to ensure the problems wouldn’t come back. Highly recommend 10/10 for all inspection needs.
Although we ended up not purchasing our home, Mr. Ketterman was very kind throughout the process of scheduling and answering all questions we had. I highly reccomend his services and will be using him in the future!
Roger Ketterman was excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything in his report to my wife and me. He attached many pictures to his report. I highly recommend him.
