Mr. Roger was amazing!! He communicated with me clearly throughout the process and adjusted to the date I needed due to builder/construction delays. I would recommend him to anyone! I definitely felt like he also cared about me understanding what was on the report as he advised me to contact him if I had any questions. Thank you again Mr. Roger!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience.. Mr. Roger was very professional, responded quickly and arrived right on time. The inspection was extremely thorough, and I received a detailed report with photos the very same day. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the willingness to answer all of my questions. Rodger was great- this is our first home purchase and we had him come out for our buyers home inspection. He was thorough, talked us through everything and went above and beyond on the inspection! Full home inspection, Top to bottom. The response was immediate and results were emailed to us soon after inspection was completed and a text to update. Mr Ketterman performed a very detailed and thorough inspection with recommendations. We are well informed of the property we are seeking to buy and are extremely satisfied with the service.
