I went to this location today & signed in. Emily took my information. She was the sweetest, kindest, patient & professional young person. She is organized & friendly. Job well done. Then I met Kim who is the nurse. She is very caring, professional & smart. She explained everything to me about my issue & set me up for the dr. Dr. Winger examined me gave his professional prognosis. I’m very happy I went to Kettering Urgent Care. Also, it’s very clean & organized.
I am totally disgusted with Dr Winger I had taken a fall and busted my elbow ending up with 6 staples in elbow with severe bruising, called for pain medication and was told to take motrin! Not everyone is drug seeking and legitimately need pain relief, so if you are experiencing pain issues do not recommend, I will try my doctor im sure she will call in....several bad reviews against Dr Dick Winger...the name fits!
If i could give negative i would. Yes yet another bad review Richard Winger. I came in with back issues. Kind of common for me. Once every 6 months I go to ER or urgent care for a Toradol shot. It does the job to relieve the pain and my muscles can relax and I can keep it moving since I do in home health and cleaning. As stated the pain started 2 weeks ago not 1-4 as noted in my chart. Also said I strained myself house cleaning I said I had a more difficult client a couple weeks ago and a quick clean that probably triggered ... read more
Went there yesterday I had a very bad abscess and the nurses and The Doctor that cut and drained it was fast and they were nice and polite . I recommend this Urgent care
If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. Don't waste your time or money on Richard Winger. With a name like that he lives up to it. Told me I don't have pneumonia two weeks ago. After a two minute exam he swore up and down it's not pneumonia it's just bronchitis. Two weeks later here I am getting worse, finally go to Kettering On Demand who actually cares and they go and order an x-ray...surprise surprise you have pneumonia!
