My finance has been in the hospital for going on 3 months now, was at Kettering for his surgeries and was transported to Sycamore for therapy. What therapy...lol? The staff has been horrible to him. He had a leg amputated and 3 of his fingers on his right hand. So the poor guy can not get up out of his bed to do anything. Especially to go to the bathroom. He is helpless. Absolutely the worst hospital stay I've ever had. Unfortunately my surgeon is here so I have no choice but to come here.
From the parking shuttle to the aide that brought my daughter down, we could not have had a better experience anywhere. Everyone kept asking if they could get us anything. They took such excellent care of her. They explained everything they were doing. If they said they were going to be back for something, they did it. I could go on and on. Thank you everyone at Sycamore for caring about your jobs, the patients and their families.
We started using Sycamore when the old Middletown hospital closed. There are 2 doctors that I do not care for, 1 I turned into the medical board. Other than dealing with those 2 doctors (different occasions/different fields) we love the care we receive at sycamore.
Was in the ER yesterday. Not feeling well at all. The staff was wonderful! Very informative! Thank you
