RecommendedI wrote a post on this page notifying KHN that the US flag that was flying out front of the 1 Prestige Place office building was in terrible condition (extremely tattered/torn/weathered). They replied on the following business day acknowledging the problem, and the day after that a brand new flag was in place. Thank you for doing the right thing, Kettering Health Network!

I had many horrible and downright grumpy and disrespectful nurses care for my daughter while she was in the ER and inpatient. Would never want another family member to go through what she was put through.

I got horrible treatment from most nurses. I was in there a week and never got a bed changed or even told where a Freaking shower was until the day I was leaving. Miami Valley all the way for me !
The new Troy hospital ER department is a joke. I was not helped at all. I wont go into detail because it's a long story. I normally go to UVMC. That's where I should have gone that day. I do not recommend the ER department. Grade: F
