The doctor I had was not friendly or caring at all, I was crying in pain from an infection (that the next day I was admitted for) and the dr said their policy doesn't allow for them to give meds.
LOVE this place! Nurses/Docs are so nice and the TV options are crazy; solitaire, mahjong, sudoku, movies, youtube, Facebook, pretty much everything is accessible on it!
This hospital has been remodeled and looks great, but the small hallways and layout is too much of a maze. Very friendly staff.

Customer service for family members leaves something to be desired. Communications and accommodations are poor at best. Nothing like the wonderful experience I had at Miami Valley South Hospital.
