My husband and I have been coming here since we moved to Lebanon seven years ago. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never had a problem.
Great place
Loved coming here until they closed the bloodwork lab. Will be switching to tri health due to inconvenience of having to go to Middletown for blood work.
