Waited for 30+ minutes and no one came to check me in, I asked someone who works there and she said it would be a few minutes. I could not check in on the kiosk due to not having a photo card id so I just sat and waited had to end up going to a centerville to get my bloodwork done. Do not recommend coming to this one.
I drive an hour to this office because it is fantastic.

My husband and I have been coming here since we moved to Lebanon seven years ago. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never had a problem.
