They were rude to my 90 year old grandmother. I would give this .5/5 if I could.
Terrible and inconsiderate staff. They do not call to remind patients of appointments. They also do not fill prescriptions over the phone, in addition to not allowing patient refills without appointments; specifically they do not call patients to schedule appointments when they need to follow up. And given the office is now not accepting new patients, the office does not schedule appointments within a reasonable time frame.
