As a new homeowner, I wasn't sure how to care for our heater & air conditioner. Keto came alongside us, helping us service the units and replace the old and dusty filters with new, higher MERV rating filters that help combat my severe allergies. They went the extra mile in helping us to get the maintenance we needed. Thank you for all you do!
Very horrible company to deal with. Horrible work and business ethics. Do your research before you decide to go with these guys. A simple observation of their horribly kept work vehicles and demeanor will tell the story.
Thank you so much Keto! Our fan died on our 50+ year old AC unit last night and with temps forecast in the triple digits we were feeling the heat. I called as soon as you opened and although you thought it would be after 3pm before anyone could get over here, your tech was here at just after 9am! He pulled the motor on the fan and took it to find a replacement and by 10:30 am the unit was back up and running!
