Great service ... a tree fell nrin8ng down power lines andmaking a dangerous situation ... good technical knowledge as I texted Greg pictures and he came in less than 15 minutes ...i first called dukeenergy and they were here in probably less than 15 minutes to cut power ... when Gregg Kettner got here he called for parts and probably less 15 minutes Dan was making the repairs ... I am extremely disappointed that they left holes in my drywall and broke the attic access ladder and refuse to fix it. Very unprofessional.
Left 2 large holes in my beautiful new dry wall and broke attic access door. Very sloppy work! Would not recommend at all. So disappointed! Hid behind a "clause" in their contract that they are not responsible for the damages caused by their carelessness.
A big thank you to Craig and staff for the excellent service! We appreciated the value and professionalism (and handshake) and cleanliness of work performed! We have highly recommended your team to all our friends :)
Josh called prior to arriving at our house, to verify our address, and arrived on time. He was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. We haven't received the invoice yet but I think you have gained a lifelong customer! Thank you, Ketner & Sons.
