We live in Marshall, IL. Called with electrical issues... no power to the furnace. Keith answered the phone and was here within the hour. Very pleasant and courteous. He assessed the problem and had it fixed promptly. It could have been a disaster as the wire from the breaker box to furnace has a spot that had burned through. Thanks to Keith we were able to get it fixed without a serious problem. I have already recommended Ketner & Sons to friends and neighbors.

Recently needed installation for a 110v & 220v outlet. Fast response for an estimate. Did lots of communicating via e-mail, which worked well with the corona-virus issues. Crew arrived promptly, were courteous & conscientious. Install was completed in a timely manner. By the way, there is no voice mail to deal with. There is a real live ofc. mgr. to speak with on daily basis, who is cordial,+ well-informed to meet your needs. Thank you Craig Ketner, Ketner & Sons Electric, Inc.

Awesome friendly service. Appreciate you were able to come out this morning to replace the meter after the power line came down and fried it last night. Thankful you all called Duke and waited for them to show up to hook power line back up and made sure all electrical outlets etc were working. Made a stressful situation easier.
