Really nice experience. She consulted with me about the style and colour, and respected my decisions. She delivered well with my haircut, I loved the outcome and was very pleased with the look. Will definitely come again! The only thing I didn't like was the wait time, but it's to be expected with every place.

Worst experience ever.Went to get a haircut.She gave me haircut that doesn’t match both sides.When I told her about it she got hyper & started saying I am professional bla bla bla.
Amazing experience!!! The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. They greet me with happy faces. Ritaben done my waxing and she also makes sure no hair is left behind. She removes the ingrown hair with threading which can’t be pulled off in the waxing. I haven’t seen such a dedicated beautician in my lifeand and my hair-cut done by Ketnaben with care rather than rushing through it.
