Not very often can I say it’s a pleasure to work with the sales person but working with Rachel was absolutely great she’s very knowledgeable in the trailers that they have and the options available. She was willing to help in anyway she possibly could even in areas that weren’t necessarily hers to cover. David in Service was also a employee who stood out, there was issues with our trailer and he addressed them immediately and professionally no beat around the bush and did the best he could. Excellent no pressure sales environment, we were able to take our time and really get a sense of what we wanted without feeling rushed or out of place. Rachel was very informative, helpful and patient, I would definitely recommend working with her. Service delivery staff did a good job with the delivery and addressed all the concerns we had raised beforehand. Overall a very good experience.

We took our 2014 Starcraft Comet pop-up in for service. Our furnace was not working at all, and our AC unit was not getting as cold as it previously did. We thought that perhaps it needed a freon charge. Also, we needed to have the seal around our vent scraped off and reapplied. We explained to Mitch that the heater was inoperable, and he stated that fact on the work order. He also stated (in all caps) that the freon might need to be recharged and needed to be checked. We took our trailer in for hail damage repairs on 10/14/17, as of today, 4/6/18, we still do not have our trailer back. The customer service has been terrible. Most of the time we've had to call the Service department to ask about our trailer. I recently complained about this on Facebook and within 24 hours I had the Service Director contact me. They continue to give us the "we're waiting on some parts" speech. The one and only piece they're waiting on is VERY big and therefore takes a long time to get delivered and delivere... read more

I purchased a brand new camper from this place , mechanical issues and failures from day one , the camper brakes did not work and during the walk through their mechanic refused to check them per my request , I was told that the brake-in period is in less than one hundred miles , it happened after about seven hundred miles causing me to drive up steep hills and down steep roads without the camper's brakes functioning properly. luckily I installed brand new brakes on my tow vehicle prior to towing the camper. Extremely poor service department. I have owned my camper for 3 years and it has spent half of that in service due to their poor service department. Dean the Service Manager will not return calls. Had to take camper in multiple times for same issues I would not recommend!!!

Buyer Beware...I went there of see about buying an RV..but didn't have any info on what my Truck could pull..I was from out of town so I spoke with a rep. They collected a $500 deposit on a used RV but I was told it was returnable if my truck wouldn't pull the weight. I repeatedly asked if this deposit was returnable...I was told I just had to call in with the bumper info when I got home..if I canceled..I would be refunded my deposit.
