I purchased a Sunset Trail in May 2018. Great Service and have had the Winterization and de-winterization done with their service Department. Again no issues. Now I found that the Grey and blank tank pipes were switched and the toilet is plugged. I called Ketelsen and spoke with the Service Manager who basically said it isnt their responsibility as they cant fix it until the toilet is drained. I'd leave zero stars as what I got was actually below zero. They take incompetence to a new level. I needed a new part and after driving 1.5 hours one way TWICE I still didn't have what I needed and nobody knew how to provide a correct answer. Campers aren't all that complicated. I've bought 2 campers from them. One was intentional but it fell apart immediately and I had to return it less several grand and had to pick another due to "store credit". Great experience working with the Ketelsen team. Purchased our first travel trailer here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our sales representative Rachel Cordova was knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. We spent upwards of three hours touring various models and never felt pressured for the sale. Pickup was also a breeze with a thorough walkthrough and explanation of all features. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend the Ketelsen team!

Great experience buying my first travel trailer! The whole crew here, that I interacted with, really cared about me as a customer, and weren’t just focused closing the sale. To be honest, I could only afford one of the smallest, least expensive travel trailers there, and yet they still bent over backwards to take good care of me. From my salesperson, David Dowling, to the Finance Manager, Rick Haiges, and everyone else there, that I interacted with, but I don’t remember all of their names... doesn’t matter anyway, cause ever... read more

I just bought an ACE Thor RV on Saturday; after the technician took me through the RV, I was to meet with the finance person to finalize the purchase. After more than an hour's wait, I met with the finance person who apologized profusely for the delay. All went well with the paperwork, but when it was time to drive away with my new RV, it was still in the garage where I had seen it earlier, and the garage doors were locked. Really disappointed with the level and quality of service I received. Not only did they not fix the issue the first time, but they damage my trailer and in the process and did nothing about it. They finally fixed the issue, and then never called me to tell me it was fixed. Really terrible customer support. I would not recommend this service facility to anyone, and I will never purchase anything from them in the future.

From one of the best to one of the worst. We've always had average to great experiences with Ketelsen until our most recent service and now I'll never return after years of loyalty. Just picked up my camper after FIVE MONTHS and not all requested work had been completed. One admittedly more challenging issue was not fixed, but no attempts to work with us to find a solution. To be clear, 2-3 months of this five-month period was waiting for a major part to show up but nobody contacted us along the way to communicate this fact ... read more

Stay far away from this place, very unethical. I was given an offer after hours via email and was told that they would follow up with me on the following day. The next day I was told that an employee bought the unit after hours.
