Great experience working with the Ketelsen team. Purchased our first travel trailer here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our sales representative Rachel Cordova was knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. We spent upwards of three hours touring various models and never felt pressured for the sale. Pickup was also a breeze with a thorough walkthrough and explanation of all features. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend the Ketelsen team!

Not very often can I say it’s a pleasure to work with the sales person but working with Rachel was absolutely great she’s very knowledgeable in the trailers that they have and the options available. She was willing to help in anyway she possibly could even in areas that weren’t necessarily hers to cover. David in Service was also a employee who stood out, there was issues with our trailer and he addressed them immediately and professionally no beat around the bush and did the best he could. Excellent no pressure sales environment, we were able to take our time and really get a sense of what we wanted without feeling rushed or out of place. Rachel was very informative, helpful and patient, I would definitely recommend working with her. Service delivery staff did a good job with the delivery and addressed all the concerns we had raised beforehand. Overall a very good experience.

It was a pleasure working with Rachel. From the very first moment she made it a priority to make sure she understand our needs. She went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. I will recommend her. She is knowledgeable and patient. Great experience!!!! First time camper owners.

Extremely poor service department. I have owned my camper for 3 years and it has spent half of that in service due to their poor service department. Dean the Service Manager will not return calls. Had to take camper in multiple times for same issues I would not recommend!!!

This review is for their service department. This is not my first visit. Each visit has been poor customer service. I will not be going back to Ketelsen. Called to get an appointment for service and needed to wait 3 weeks. That is fine. Drop my camper off Thursday morning of my appt, they say at the latest it will be ready the following Wednesday. Almost a week. That is fine. But they would call to give me an update. No call. I call several times Wednesday to see if it is ready before I make the 45 min drive. No answer. I le... read more

Not impressed. I'm sure others have not had as poor of an experience as I, but nevertheless I would steer clear of this place. The short of it ... The camper that I purchased looked great on the showroom floor, but upon receiving my unit, I realize what a piece of junk it is. It has literally fallen apart in the first year (Startcraft 10RT). Getting Ketelsen to stand behind their product has been a joke. Its been one problem and excuse after another. I've been handed off 4 times now with the salesman nowhere to be found i... read more
