I liked the man and his staff. I had anticipated he would be fair, but I was disappointed to learn he was biased in favor of the one paying the bill, and that’s unfortunate. I think he arrived at the wrong result though a premise of confirmation bias. He picked the outcome he wanted and tried to make the facts fit. I cannot recommend his testing.
