He is extremely rude for no reason. He is super inappropriate and goes into rooms while your away, goes though things I would not recommend this for my worst enemy.

To many leaks . Mold . And bed bugs . With a bunch of holes in the ceiling. Broken down building. 👎
Steve Dulin the owner charges way to much for just a room no kitchen or bathroom you have to share bathrooms with multiple people, it smells huge bedbug issue he nosey,it's just a dump, the building needs to be condemned....
