I love the back office staff but there has to be an easier way to schedule an appointment or be able to call and speak to someone for general questions
Dr. Ketchel is awesome and I won’t go to anyone else after finding him. I am very picky when it comes to my care. I never feel rushed and he explains in normal words that I can understand!! I hope he gets to read this- thank you for your kindness and listening to my concerns.
Wonderful, caring doctor. Listens to everything I say doesn't run in and out of our meetings, very thorough. Love Him
