Pues al principio era bueno pero a mi esposo le dio una medicina que tenía que ir en in mes al laboratorio porque el mismo dr le dijo porque le podía afectar los riñones le llegó la cita del laboratorio y cuando llegó dijeron que no había ninguna orden de laboratorio que dr no había puesto ninguna orden así que no le hicieron lo del laboratorio pero les dijo mi esposo que si afectaba algo la medicina que hiba hacer responsable al dr y la verdad en la clínica nada más están platicando la sala de espera está vacía y no tienen ... read more
I love the back office staff but there has to be an easier way to schedule an appointment or be able to call and speak to someone for general questions
Dr. Ketchel is awesome and I won’t go to anyone else after finding him. I am very picky when it comes to my care. I never feel rushed and he explains in normal words that I can understand!! I hope he gets to read this- thank you for your kindness and listening to my concerns.
