I just recently had a zoom appointment with Dr. Shah, and found him to be very thorough in my past and present medical history. He even cleared some things up from my childhood illness and made me feel better about the true definition of what I had always been told I had. Dr. Shah is hopefully going to help figure out a possible misdiagnosis through the order of new tests. Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He truly loves what he does and it shows in the way he cares for his patients. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that any lay person can understand. After suffering with GERD for over 40 years I finally feel great!
Who talks about their colonoscopy at a party? I did! After dreading the colonoscopy for years, my experience with Dr. Shah was actually interesting and a positive experience. Per his recommendation, I did not use anesthesia, which means I left the procedure alert and productive, instead of wasting the rest of my day in a drowsy stupor. By the way, it did not hurt.
