Dr. Amin and his staff made my visit very comfortable. I was so nervous when I learned I needed a root canal. I didn't sleep the night before, and thought about cancelling my appointment several times. But, when I arrived at the office, the staff offered me headphones with my choice of music, or I could watch a show on Netflix. Dr. Amin explained everything, and it went so smoothly. I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do, I will be back.
Dr. Amin is very knowledgeable, informative, kind and trustworthy. I had a root canal retreatment by Dr. Amin. He explained the procedure, what to expect and answer all my questions. I was so comfortable and confident during the procedure. I felt great afterward. My best root canal experience ever. I will definitely comeback if I need more in the future. All his staff are friendly and makes warm atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Amin to others!!
Unfortunately, I didn't even get that far. I'm appalled at how I was treated by his office staff, especially the Office Manager, Erika. Extremely disappointed.
Dr. Amin and his entire office staff are exceptional. I was seen within days of calling. Dr. Amin was very thorough during my consult and even more so during my root canal. He took his time, explained each step and checked in during the procedure to ensure I was doing well. All in all it was as pleasant an experience as one could hope for under the circumstances.
I will never go to this endodontist again. While attempting a local nerve block, he gave 1 injection into a jaw muscle. I could feel the muscle contract & I kept trying to tell him he had injected into the muscle, but he said sometimes the irritated tissue around the tooth makes it resistant to anesthetic. During the procedure I felt sharp pains because the anesthetic was inadequate. The injection in the muscle gave me TMJ for several months. Note I can't un-check the recommendation box above
