This is a very deceptive organization. I did some initial online questionnaires. And then they moved me to the next level for a physical and mental health assessment by phone And told me they needed $125 to make the appointment. After I consulted with my PCP, it was brought to my attention that this type of treatment would not be beneficial due to some underlying health conditions. I have been trying to seek treatment for about a month. The Call Center that you talk to provides you with forms but doesn't get back to you if, like their intake questionnaire that is long and takes 20 to 30 minutes doesn't come through. I finally called to see what the problem was and was told I'd need to start over. Then after not hearing back from some time, I called again.
