Furnace goes out 5 days before Christmas. Call the company who has serviced it. Not KET. They send guys out on 3 separate days, twice in one day and charge me $350. Furnace dies. So we need new one- was told won't be able to replace until after new year! Got a referral to KET. Ken was professional and very understanding of my family not having heat for 5 days. He came out next day and he and his son Kenny replaced our furnace! Very reasonable price and fixed our existing home humidifer which was not functioning. Great guy! S... read more
