Evan is super friendly and helpful. By far the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Common area hallways stay fresh and clean as well as the storage area and laundry room.
My first apartment, so far it’s been nice. I have great neighbors cause they’re mostly older people which I like. Didn’t wanna deal with young people.some things in the apartment could be a little more updated, and I wish we had in house washer n dryer, but besides that it’s not bad. Rent prices are alright I guess. I’ll be going on my 2nd year, so we’ll see how that goes
I have lived at Keswick for 5+ years. Evan is very professional and efficient as the property manager. He always responds immediately to emails and responds to work orders and ensures they are completed in a timely manner. The community is peaceful and everyone is neighborly!!, great place to l
