Bought my wife's wedding ring at Kesslers. Staff has always been amazing. However, they are the ones that sold me on the Yahuda Diamond, which we've had to have repaired twice. Right now my wife has been without her ring for over a month and they are telling me it will take yet another month before we get it back. Done with Kesslers.
Amber Rettler helped us find the perfect ring and she did amazing at making sure it was exactly what I wanted but kept it a secret. She responded to emails almost immediately and was always willing to meet! Highly recommend using her to help find your perfect ring!
We love Kesslers! My ring was too big and they helped until we made it work for fitting during all seasons 🤗 after the fitting they gave us champagne 🥂
Kathy did an AMAZING job helping my fiance pick out an engagement ring - not only did HE listen (yeah, I'm a lucky woman!), but SHE listened to him and worked with him to help pick out something they knew I would love.
