The commercials you hear couldn’t be more true…Kessler’s is the place to go for all of your diamond jewelry needs. When my husband bought my engagement ring wedding band he had a wonderful experience however after that we have not had good experiences... customer service was mediocre when i went back to buy my husbands ring, i felt as though it was a chore for the sales person to assist me.. I expressed to them that his ring was a SURPRISE and to call me when it came in... well they ended up calling my husband FOR HIS SURPRISE RING... the sales person wrote my name and number on a scratch... Great top quality jewlery and excellent staff! good selection, have used them twice and my significant other has loved both pieces. The quality you get is excellent as is their customer service. both times I've been helped by Taylor Peck. Great staff and company they stand by their products and word!! My ring got damaged went in to see if it was covered under warranty they replaced it with no questions asked!! Best place to buy your jewelry from!!
