After being a patient here for 4 years I am unfortunately seeking a new optometrist by the force of their hand. I had an appointment for 5:00. Due to traffic I knew I would be a few minutes late and out of courtesy I called ahead at 4:58 to tell them. The older woman that took my call was absolutely hateful and told me to reschedule.
