I have a huge fear of the dentist. I have officially followed through with all recommended dental work (cavities and crown) thanks to Dr. Principato. She is amazing! She's so kind and gentle and I owe her a lot. I was willing to let the health of my teeth be compromised due to my fears, but know I am able to go to Dr. Principato without hesitation. It's taken me 38 years to find a dentist I can trust and feel safe around and I can't thank her enough.
The staff at Kessler dental is professional but very easy going and fun. I had a crown procedure today that flew by without a hitch. Dr. Kessler, Chrissy, Diane and the gang are great! Highly recommended!

My first visit to Kessler Dental in Lansdale, PA; was both pleasant and informative. There may be underlying factors, such as allergies, that are affecting my oral and physical health. Dr. Kessler and staff immediately started looking into the causes for my conditon. I look forward to my next visit and finding relief from my symptoms. I recommend this dental practice for the friendly office staff and thorough examination I received.
I have the worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist and because of this I rarely go. I needed a cleaning and also knew that I needed some additional dental work due to neglecting my teeth, so I went to Kessler Dental for the first time yesterday. The dental hygienist was so patient and gentle and talked me through everything. The dentist was amazing. It was a lot better than previous dentists I've gone to. The staff made it easy for me to relax and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a new dentist.
Kessler Dental creates an environment that provides a personal, positive and empathetic experience during every visit. My anxieties about "going to the dentist" no longer exist; and if so, they provide ways to provide a more comfortable appointment. In addition, Kessler is proactive in their approach about the financial implication of every service. They are more than willing to work with you as needed.
