I had to put my almost 18 year old Kitty, Snickers, down the day after Thanksgiving. It was so very hard to do. Today I got a card in the mail signed by all the staff, including her Vet and a paper with Snickers' paw print. They truly care about the people that come in their doors. I had to take our puppy to Kessen due to her having problems with her ears. They were extremely friendly and Harlow loved them. About a month ago, we had to take our cat in and he ended up having kidney failure. Not only did I get hugs and words of sympathy from everyone, they also gave us his paw prints and today our family received a sympathy card. They are amazing.
Took my arctic fox on a suprise visit. Great experience with a wonderful team. We highly recommend.
What a compassionate group of people! Put our 15 year old pup, Ash, to rest and gave me as much time and support as I needed that day. Came home to a sympathy card in the mail 3 weeks later with staffs notes of sympathy and our Ash's paw prints included. Talk about a good cry. Such a special touch. Thank you!!
