We had to take your Japanese Chin in because she wasn’t acting like her normal self. We called this morning and got in right away. Our dog ended up needing surgery and the staff was amazing and so kind to us and our fur baby! I always enjoyed taking our dogs to Kessen. The people were so nice. Especially Andrea while she was there, loved her! Just recently we have had some hiccups with Kessen. Due to us being unhappy with these few issues we got a letter from Kessen saying we need to find a new vet, we're no longer allowed to go there. And when we spoke with the employees about these issues they wrote everything down in their system, these notes were attached to the letter also. Waited for over an hour to get told the same thing I was there for last visit! Would not recommend kessens to anyone who actually cares about their animal!
Some of the best people right here most caring and compassionate.. I use both large and small animal drs couldnt ask for anyone better to take my animals!! Thanks for everything you do!
Today we had our dog Zoey's eye removed. The staff has always gone out if their way the make the visits comfortable for our animals.Thanks for all you do for our kids in fur coats !
