I’ve been coming here for years but today I had an 8:30 apt. to come in for an annual visit because they wouldn’t refil my thyroid medication which I understand. But I booked the apt yesterday morning for 8:30am today) woke up today and was there at 8:15 and the receptionist said I didn’t have an apt until 10:45 which was completely wrong. I had a work call at 10:00am and would have never agreed to a 10:00 apt. The care provided was okay. However, when I needed to reach the provider that cared for me with questions, the office manager/ front desk lady refused to put me through. I think it a deservice to the practice as a whole to have someone with poor people’s skills caring for phone calls and requests. In hindsight, I understand now why I had to call numerous times to get an appointment.
Each visit is a delight, the staff and doctors are pleasant and understanding. They will make sure you're comfortable and listened to. They're also very flexible and able to help out in a pinch. Never had a bad experience after coming here for some time.
